It was just a smart choice for a short staycation in Conway with all in all brilliant value for money. The front desk staff helped resolve our air conditioning issue quickly, which was appreciated. Make sure to double-check your door when leaving, just to be safe.

Microtel provided an excellent stay with a comfortable room, friendly staff, and a convenient location near I-40. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh fruit and hot items, which was perfect for starting my workday. Additionally, the business center was well-equipped, allowing me to efficiently prepare for my meetings.

Conveniently located right off the highway, making it easy to access for travelers. The beds in the room were fairly comfortable, allowing for a decent night's sleep even on a quick stopover.

The cleanliness left much to be desired—spotted a few hair strands on the sheets upon arrival, which isn't ideal. The bathroom fixtures presented issues too. the shower rod was broken, causing a cluttered setup where the curtain hung unnaturally in the tub. Also, the breakfast spread was pretty underwhelming, lacking variety and quality. On top of that, I encountered a few noisy disruptions from the outside, especially from the drive-thru, which made for a restless time.
